What happened: I ordered * items (amazon echo, *k fire stick, and a bath towel) at a good price from kohl’s with the expectation of receiving them from August *th-*th. I called on the **th with questions as to what happened with my package because the tracking information now says “sent back to sender”. I was told to call back in about * business days to give the tracking order time to update. So I waited and called again on the **th just to hear that I will not receive a refund until ** days after their return center receives the package that I never got or that I could reorder the items for the now non-discounted price. After spending about $** dollars on the first order, and not receiving a refund, I am told that if I want these items I am to now spend over $*** repurchasing the items and then hope to see a refund as well as a reimbursement. Right now I am distrustful that even if I reorder I will just have paid over double for the items that I originally purchased. **I expected at the very least for the customer service to offer to send the items back to me without me having to spend double and hope for a refund later. They seemed to think that was a big ask and told me that I would just need to go back online spend double for the items then call back, because they couldn’t order it over the phone, to give the order number and pray that I am reimbursed. *I honestly just want the items I originally ordered. A further discount would be nice for the time I’ve spent dealing with the customer service. But at the very least i want my items without having to repurchase everything.

What happened: I am very upset with Kohl's for not reaching out to me concerning overdue payment. I recently closed one checking account and re-opened another one because someone hacked my account. I forgot to change the banking info with Kohls. I am a nurse sailor and out on sea * months at a time. My credit has been great but now lower because Kohl's reported me to the credit bureau. The thing that really bothers me is that Kohl's did not contact me to let me know my payments were not going through. I saw the hit on my credit report and immediately paid off the balance. Then AFTER paying my account off I received a notice that a payment was required on *******! The one and only email notice. I am very upset about this.
