"Good deals most of the time"
Kohl’s is usually good for the money — as long as you’ve got coupons or catch a sale. Some stuff does seem a little overpriced at first, but then the discounts kick in and it usually ends up feeling worth it.

"Everything I picked was actually there"
I was a little surprised that all the stuff marked in stock actually ended up being available. I ordered a couple shirts and a few random home things, and I kept waiting for one of those annoying “sorry, this item was cancelled” emails, but nothing got dropped. Even the colors and sizes on the shirts were right, which I always check way too closely. Pickup was ready the same day, and the bag had everything packed neatly. Happy with how smooth it was.

I ordered a few shirts and some kids shoes from kohls.com, and everything in the box was just what I picked out. The sizes, colors, and quantities all matched my order online.
Nothing was missing or swapped, which was just what I was hoping for. The packing slip was easy to check too, so overall it was a good order experience for me.

I mostly shop at Kohl’s for my kids’ clothes and the rewards have been better than I expected, because the Kohl’s Cash shows up right where I can find it, I don’t have to jump through a bunch of confusing steps to use it on my next trip, and somehow I ended up saving more this month than I thought I would, so yeah I’m happy with it.

"Refund took a few days but went fine"
and I ended up returning a pair of shoes I ordered from Kohl’s because the sizing just wasn’t right. I used the return label, dropped them off, and a couple days later I got an email saying they had received them.

The refund showed up back on my card after about 5 or 6 days. It wasn’t the fastest, but everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to contact customer service, so overall it was a decent experience.

Kohl’s site was really simple to use. I found my size fast, checkout went through without any random problems, and the coupons were easy to see, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I remember the size dropdown loaded faster than I expected, and that stuck with me for some reason

I usually only shop on kohls.com when I’ve got a coupon to use, and this time it was really easy. I put the code in at checkout and, yep, the discount came off right away. No random error messages, no trying the same code over and over... which was nice. I also liked being able to see the savings before I actually paid. Overall, simple checkout and I was happy with it...

"Sizing was close, I think"
I ordered a few clothes from Kohl’s and the sizing was pretty much what I expected. The jeans fit just right, and the shirt was maybe a tiny bit loose, but not enough to bother me. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I’m giving 4 stars because I didn’t have to return anything, which feels like a win, right?

I usually shop on kohls.com when I’ve got Kohl’s Cash sitting in my account, my instinct has been to wait for that before placing an order. It really does bring the total down, and I like that it pops up clearly at checkout so I don’t have to go digging for it or worry about forgetting.

My shipping experience was totally fine, and everything showed up the way it was supposed to. Nothing over the top, just a straightforward order that felt like a solid deal when the Kohl’s Cash lined up...

I use the Kohl’s app often to check deals and order stuff, and it works fine most of the time. It loads quick enough and checkout is usually easy. Every now and then the coupons page is slow to update or kinda freezes for a sec, which gets annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall I can find what I need without too much hassle.

“Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.”
